Bay Montessori implements a uniform for the Elementary in order to present a consistent school atmosphere, allowing students to fully concentrate on academics, arts, and social interactions. 

Uniform tops must be purchased from Lands’ End and embroidered with the school logo.  A complete list of approved uniforms is available online at Lands’ End.  The bottoms do not have to be purchased from Lands’ End.  You can contact Lands’ End at 1-800-469-2222 or www.landsend.com/school.  The school code is #9000-3883-7.  BMS logo will only be able to be embroidered on approved items.  If you set up an account with Lands’ End they often promotions for 25-30% off your entire order.    There are some recycled uniforms available in the school office.  Any old/recycled uniforms that are not navy, red or white may no longer be worn.  Please be mindful that royal blue, light blue and any other shades of blue are not part of the uniform. In order to look presentable, pants with holes in them are not part of the uniform. 

• Polo in navy, red or white (t-shirts are not part of the uniform)

• Navy or khaki jumpers with navy, red, or white shirt

• Dresses in navy and Red

• Sweater vest

• Sweatshirt/sweater/outwear worn in winter needs to have a logo on it

• Khaki or navy shorts, pants, skirts, or skorts (no jeans or sweat pants)

  • *skirts and dresses must reach the student’s fingertips

•  Leggings worn under skirts/dresses in the winter should be navy or white

*all visible layers worn under clothes must be navy, red, or white
